曾庆银,男,博士,研究员、博士生导师。
主要研究领域:

    真核生物基因组的大部分基因家族组成庞大,众多家族成员拷贝为何能在进化历程中被保留,功能上有何意义,功能分化的机制又是什么?不同生物类群和不同类基因家族在这些层面上有何进化特点?我们利用基因组学、生物化学和分子生物学等多学科研究手段,在蛋白质结构和功能层次上揭示基因家族的形成、维持和功能分化的分子机制,探讨植物基因组进化的模式,并揭示植物适应性进化的分子机制。

1. “植物GST 基因家族的功能性进化”,国家自然科学基金面上项目 (批准号30770149)(2007.01-2010.12),资助金额30万元。

2. “优质林木抗逆生长的功能基因组学”,科技部973项目二级课题(批准号2009CB119104)(2009.01-2014.12),资助金额400万元。

3. “同倍性杂交物种形成和适应性进化的遗传基础”,国家自然科学基金重点项目(批准号30830010)(2009.01-2012.12),资助金额180万元。

4. “植物谷胱甘肽转移酶基因家族序列与功能分化的进化生物学意义”,国家自然科学基金主任基金(批准号30640019)(2007.01-2007.12),资助金额10万元。

5. “亚热带森林生态系统中菌根真菌多样性研究”,国家自然科学基金主任基金(批准号30740007)(2008.01-2008.12),资助金额15万元。

6. “植物小种群的生态遗传学效应与物种濒危机制研究”,中科院知识创新工程重要方向项目(批准号KZCX2-YW-414)(2007.01.2009.12),主持子课题“植物与菌根真菌的互作与物种的适应与生存”,资助金额25万元。
