王志勇,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
研究方向
    主要从事 植物激素油菜素内酯(BR)信号转导过程和机理的研究;使用拟南芥、水稻以及棉花为材料,探索BR在植物生长发育调控中的功能和机理。主要研究集中在以下方面:

     1. 利用生化和细胞学方法研究BR信号转导中关键转录因子OsBZR1的生理功能;

     2. 通过生物信息学方法寻找同时参与BR和光信号过程的关键转录因子家族,研究BR与光信号互作的机理。

     3. 通过染色体免疫沉淀结合超高通量测序技术大规模分离BR信号重要调控因子BZR1的目的基因和响应元件,并利用激活标签技术筛选抑制bzr1-1D表型的突变体,研究BR影响植物生长发育过程和生理反应的详细机制。

     4. 在水稻T-DNA插入和其它突变体库中寻找叶夹角和株高异常的突变体,克隆基因并研究机理,系统分析BR如何影响株型结构。

     5. 通过蛋白组学方法分离BR信号转导途径的新组份。

     6. 利用棉花悬浮培养系统和转录组学方法研究BR促进棉花纤维发育的机制。
