董阳,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

2008年在安徽师范大学获学士学位,2013年在中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位。2013年至2016年在中国科学院植物研究所进行博士后研究。2016年至2020年在John Innes Centre进行博士后研究。2020年受科学院人才项目引进到中国科学院植物研究所工作,成立器官形态建成与进化研究组。2014年获得中国科学院优秀博士学位论文奖;目前以第一作者/通讯作者或者合作作者身份在Nature Communications, Current Biologythe Plant Cell, Molecular Biology and Evolution等期刊发表研究论文13篇,综述论文两篇。

研究方向和内容:

研究组以十字花科植物为研究材料,探索心皮和果实形状多样化的发育机制,并探索其分子调控机理和适应性意义,进而回答果实形状多样化的进化机制。深度挖掘果实形状调控的基因和分子调控机制,并试图将揭示的分子机理运用到农作物改良的应用中。
