董阳,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

2008年在安徽师范大学获学士学位,2013年在中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位。2013年至2016年在中国科学院植物研究所进行博士后研究。2016年至2020年在John Innes Centre进行博士后研究。2020年到中国科学院植物研究所工作,成立器官形态建成与进化研究组,2021年入选中国科学院人才计划。2014年获得中国科学院优秀博士学位论文奖;目前以第一/通讯作者或者合作作者身份在Nature Communications, Current Biology, Trends in Plant Science, The Plant CellMolecular Biology and Evolution等领域主流期刊发表研究论文20余篇,目前担任The Innovation青年编辑和Frontiers in Plant Science期刊编辑。

研究方向和内容:

研究组以十字花科植物为研究材料,利用活细胞成像、单细胞测序和遗传学等研究手段探索心皮和果实的发育机制,并探索其分子调控机理和适应性意义,进而阐明果实形状多样化的进化机理。深度挖掘果实形状调控的基因和分子调控网络,并试图将揭示的分子机理运用到农作物改良的应用中。
