谢宗强,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

  1988年在北京林业大学获学士学位,1996年在中科院植物所获博士学位。现任中国科学院大学教授,国务院国家级自然保护区评审委员会委员,湖北神农架森林生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站暨中国科学院神农架生物多样性定位研究站站长,国务院三峡办陆生植物监测重点站站长,北京生态学学会常务理事兼秘书长,《植物生态学报》、《生态学报》、《林业科学》、《水生态学杂志》编委。迄今发表论著120余篇(部)。已培养硕士和博士20名;正在指导博士生和硕士生7名。

主要研究工作:

  研究领域为保护生态学和森林生态学研究,主要从事以下三个方向的研究:1)生物多样性的变化和保育对策;2)森林生态系统的结构与功能动态; 3)大型水利工程对生态系统的影响与生态恢复。
