张景昱,女,博士,研究员。

2002年在中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位,2002年至2007年在美国华盛顿大学(圣.路易斯)进行博士后研究。2007年到中国科学院植物研究所工作,主要运用生物信息学手段整合不同类型数据挖掘耐逆分子模块,在Science AdvancesCell ReportsAnnual Review of Plant BiologyGenome BiologyNew PhytologistPlant Journal等期刊发表多篇SCI论文, 主持中科院对外合作CAS-CSIRO项目、多项国家自然科学基金面上项目,中国科学院战略性先导科技专项创建生态草牧业科技体系牧草表型组平台负责人,作为子课题负责人参与国家重点研发计划、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(A/ B类)、转基因生物新品种培育重大专项等项目,2021年香山科学会议做大会主旨报告,Frontiers in Plant Science 审稿编辑。

运用生物信息学手段整合不同类型数据解析水稻耐寒、苜蓿耐盐分子机制。
