孙文娟,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

中国科学院植物研究所研究员,博士生导师。2006年于南京农业大学获博士学位,2006-2008年于中国科学院大气物理研究所从事博士后研究,并留所担任助研。2011年到中国科学院植物研究所工作至今。先后于2008-2009年、2019-2020年在德国亥姆霍兹国家气象气候研究所和澳大利亚CSRIO全球变化研究中心进行合作研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,国家863计划、973计划专题各1项,中国科学院先导A专项子课题及地方重大科研项目课题/专题共3项。主要研究工作发表在Nat Sci RevProc Natl Acad SciGlobal Chang BioGlobal Biogeochem CyAgric For MeteorolEnviron Res Lettt等国际重要学术刊物上。曾获省部级科学技术一等奖1项。

主要研究方向

主要从事陆地生态系统碳循环与温室气体排放研究,重点关注陆地碳收支及其与气候变化和人类活动关系。近年来的主要工作内容为陆地生态系统(特别是草地、农田和湿地生态系统)碳汇现状、未来潜力及对我国碳中和的贡献。
